What you receive

• Same-day reports, always within 24 hours. Most of the report is completed on site, delivered as a digital report by email.

• Separate results for any testing you added (radon, mold, air quality, water quality, meth residue). Lab-based results arrive when the lab finishes.

How the report is organized

1. Summary: key findings first, so you know what matters most.
2. By system: following the InterNACHI Home Inspection Standards of Practice. Roof, exterior, foundation and structure, electrical, plumbing (including the water heater), heating and cooling, interior, attic and insulation, and basic appliance functionality (range, dishwasher, refrigerator and similar).
3. Each finding includes: where we found it, what we observed, a photo, and a suggested next step (monitor, repair, or have a qualified contractor evaluate).
4. Testing results: lab or monitor results attached or summarized, if you ordered them.
5. Limitations: what was inaccessible or outside the scope of the inspection, for example a roof that couldn’t be walked safely, so nothing is left assumed.
